The shareholders of the Company are as follows: Raiffeisen - Leasing International GmbH with 75.5%, and Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD with 24.5% of the capital.
Raiffeisen Leasing Bulgaria OOD and its shareholders are members of the Austrian financial group Raiffeisen Bank International.
The main activities of the Company include financial and operational leasing, as well as other services associated with management and leasing of movable assets and real estate.
Raiffeisen Leasing Bulgaria is a universal leasing company functioning through 17 branches throughout the country. The Company also provides its services through the branch network of Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria).
