The accounting documents issued on leasing contracts are sent to lessees through the system for electronic invoices eFaktura having Internet address efaktura.bg. This is a WEB-based application that allows users to work with it only with the browser on their PC, i.e. the client does not need to install any software or have an electronic signature.
Upon each publication of a document lessees receive an automatic notification from the system sent to the e-mail addresses stated by them in the leasing contract. The message contains a link to the documents. At first log in in the system, the lessees must register by entering their details and password.
The electronic invoice is a document signed with a valid electronic signature and is completely equivalent to the respective paper document. Electronic invoices submitted through the system eFaktura are fully compliant with the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Law, Accounting Law and the Value Added Tax Law. Documents can be reviewed, confirmed and disputed.
